So yes, it can be done. Not everyone wants to drop $400 on lights. And to be honest, my bumper lights work just fine. The lights I put on the pods are for show. If I go off road, it will be once or twice a year, and I doubt I'll need the lights to do it.

I picked these for the amber "X" (there is my "for looks" part)
Bumper:
These were cheap and face mount. For the Base bumper I had to pop off the plastic pieces where the fogs go for the BB. Marked where I needed to cut out and used a Dremel to make the cuts. Wiring for both were simple due to the fact that I have the aux switches in my build.

@1Five1 Garage, I know they did a video on installing KC's for pod lights. I just posted to show what I did, and what was cheap (and easy). I'll see how these lights hold up after a year or more.
