So many of you will know there were two "premium" fender emblems available for the Bronco. One was sold here on Bronco Nation and had a modern block letters, the other is made by Archetype Racing and have the classic 1st gen cursive script with your trim as the placard..

I apparently hate my wallet because I bought both simply because I couldn't decide. I do like the block lettering better, but unfortunately the emblems were never made available in colors. I had been waiting for them to be available in color, but at this point I think it's safe to say they have been discontinued. So I eventually gave up and decided to go with Archetype Racing's badges.

Those of you have bought Archetype Racing products before will know three things:

1. The products are insanely expensive.
2. It takes forever to ship. If they say a certain product has an 8 week lead time, you should expect double or even triple that.
3. The products are amazing quality. So good that for me it overcomes the first two points.

I've been looking for a good option for Bronze script badges to put on mine & considered the Archetype but could never justify the cost.
Yesterday I stumbled across these guys & I think I'm going to order my Script Badges & my Bucking Bronco for the tailgate from them....

Those badges look awesome and were on my "MUST HAVE" list for a while, but then I saw the chunky aluminum script badges that came on the Limited Heritage Edition Broncos and decided to get them immediately. Mine are also made of aluminum and are slightly more reflective than the Archetype Racing equivalent. They're cheaper, and they arrived in a couple of weeks after ordering. No slight on AR; they're my favorite (and local) aftermarket vendor, but man the wait is nuts. I ordered several items in the past and waited for what seemed to be an eternity for them to be delivered.

I'm STILL waiting on the D-Handle for the interior, which I ordered with a BYOD Rail and BALLS. I got the balls and the rail, but the D-Handle is still "in production." It's a bit frustrating, but what else can you do but wait? As Bronco order holders, we're accustomed to waiting, aren't we?

The one thing AR has over the Heritage emblems is that they encompass the specific model of your Bronco, and they render it much like the original "Bronco Sport" emblems appearing on earlier generation Broncos. I stripped off the "BADLANDS" refrigerator magnet-style emblems that came with my Bronco, so the only thing that indicates mine is a Badlands is the grille.

As I said earlier, the AR offerings are great if you can reconcile the price with your budget and you're prepared to wait a long time for delivery. I'm glad you like them. I still don't like the limited-availability block letter emblems. With the line connecting the letters at the bottom, it looked like it spells out "BBONCO"! 😝

I think the wait was three months for mine!

My OCD won't let me get over the way the Bronco starts at the door and runs forward on the passenger side but these do look nice (On the drivers side) :)

I'm the same way with the American flag on the back windows. I know it's correct but my mind just says no it doesn't. Maybe I can just put the flag on the drivers side and some other design on the passenger window ? LOL

I got past your #1, but the #2 has been a horror show for me. I ordered in Dec. of 2023 and I still haven't gotten my badges.

Oh yeah, it's something they need to work on for sure.

I probably should have put this in the video itself, but I ordered mine May 1st, 2023 (just checked the invoice in the box) and it didn't arrive until mid-November later that year. It's a LONG wait, no doubt about it.

I just double checked. Only took three months to have mine in hand. Ordered 10/22/23 and arrived in hand 1/29/24. 🫣🤣

Mine too! I like the script and I know people put them on so that they are level - but none look level to me. So, I just keep the original badging - and it is kind of rare now. And it only cost me a Bronco to get them. 😃

@Ragnar Kahn, you are absolutely right about their products! If I were to buy badging, I would buy theirs (and wait forever for it). But all script looks crooked to me, so I haven't wanted to buy any.

I've given a lot of money to them too. Their steps that clamp onto the rock rail are great. They only had stirrups when I got my Bronco. I went with 2, but I have a 4 door - yes, I'm cheap and I don't have any kids at home. When they came out with the magnum steps, I had to get some. They help with getting the soft top up and down.

Worth evey penny!

I like the Gen. 6 as a RetroMod of the OG 1966 Bronco and that's why I bought one. The script just looks out of place to my eye.

But nonetheless, another great and enjoyable video from Ragnarkon.

On a smiles per $ basis, they’re not too expensive
