Just added the new DV8 Spec Series Winch bumper with front skid plate, which came out this week. This replaced the DV8 MTO winch bumper on my Bronco, which had a bit too low of a front edge for rock crawling. The new Spec Series is well designed with lots of options for light mounts and different winches and has a high profile with tapered bottom edge to help with approach angles. Big thanks to Josh at Zobie Bronco for helping DV8 out with the design and testing. I think this one is a winner and will stay on my Bronco for a long time to come.

Works with factory steel bash plate (left photo) or DV8 integrated skid plate (right photo), included and IMO looks better.

I don't have sensors on mine, but it comes with instructions to transfer over and to use with ACC.

Curios I have the plastic bumper with tow hooks. Would I need to remove those to install? Those tow hooks connect to the inner cooler and can be an issue.

Thanks Tim

If the tow hooks don’t interfere with the bumper mounting plates, you shouldn’t need to remove to install. However, the hooks will likely be covered up by the skid plate, which connects to the bottom of the bumper. Suggest you call DV8 tech line to ask about your specific installation situation. Cheers.
