I've been searching EVERYWHERE for no drill OEM or other front mud flaps that fit my 2023 Badlands. I can't find flaps that fit the extended flare fenders anywhere! Please help!!!

Check RokBlokz. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. The Extra Long were very adequate for my Badlands Sasquatch. If you want more, perhaps the Raptor mudflaps might work for you.

Their big selling point: you can remove them for off-roading.

I thought they were pricey… purchased anyways. Glad I did.

Ford does sell their "own" mud flaps/ splash guards but they are made by the company Gatorback. They are a little on the pricier side but worth the investment as they require no drilling and allow you to remove the lower portion during your off-road adventures. Simply remove the clip and slide out the lower potion and roll. Worth every penny to me at least and that's all that matters (i.e. What you like).

I second the rokblokz. I've beat the tar out of mine and still going strong.
