Looking to either Replace or Upgrade

I recently got a 2022 Ford Bronco : big bend: and it came with the roof rack.

Well I wanted to take off the roof for the nice weather and I didn’t really have a use for the roof rack so it’s in my garage atm.

The issue is I don’t have the covers for the screws there. I keep looking around online but I’m not seeing what I need, anyone have ideas? I’ll double check my roof rack stuff and see if the one plastic bracket is with it

Dealership told me it’ll be about 170 to replace and that seems way to high

I'm surprised the dealer didn't toss the covers in your glove box when they put the roof rack on. It's probably a Ford part since you'd need to have the paint color matched to your vehicle.

I'd say go over to B6G and ask @flip for the part number, he's good with that stuff, and his prices are great!

I really thought that if you got the roof rack that it would have came with the covers. IF that’s the case, then go to the manager and owner of the dealership.

It's a 22. May be a trade in that did not have the parts retained.

I forgot to mention, armed with part numbers you can Google and sometimes dealerships will be selling parts cheaper on their website. Also you could post in the for sale/wanting to buy section. It is possible another forum Member has removed these and has no intention of putting them back on.

If the Bronco came from factory with the roof rack then the painted caps came with the vehicle. Now if you bought it used then all bets are off. But mine were in the little storage area under the rear cargo mat. Might check there.

P.S. you might find yourself getting better MPGs without the rack. Ours went from 17 to 19 mpgs when we removed the rack.

Thank you all for the help! Now is there anything else I can put there instead of the caps? I know I can get a light-bar there but is there anything else?

Have you checked with the dealership and tried to see if they would replace the caps? If you want something else there, to an extent, your imagination is the limit. Really anything that has brackets that fit in there and can be affixed using a couple nuts on each side. Light bar, spot/fog lights, GMSR radio antenna. Just make sure not to over torque whatever you attach. Another forum Member posted pictures of the threaded posts being snapped off.
