I just installed the IAG V2 EZ-Steps on my 4-door Badlands (https://www.iagperformance.com/iag-v2-ez-step-add-on-for-2021-2023-ford-bronco). Easy breezy install. I went with the less expensive route and bought just two for the front and skipped the rear. It's only me and my bride, so the backseat is seldom used (keep it rated-G please 😉) I also like how quick the steps can be removed for serious off-roading. I understand that IAG had quality control issues with version-1, but that didn't sway me from buying version-2 when I saw how fast IAG customer service resolved the customer complaints and powder coat issues. I live in New England, so the elements are tough on metals. We shall see if I have any regrets in a matter of weeks.

I genuinely hope you have a positive experience with these steps. While I appreciate the price point, I too was concerned with durability (I'm in Michigan). It is my hope that IAG addresses the issues via legitimate road or laboratory testing. I'll be willing to reassess the product if it seems they've made an honest effort to improve.
Having said all that, I have taken note of the efforts they've made with their customers to ensure satisfaction and while that is vital and important, ultimately I'd prefer to see an improvement in the product.

Ditto, well stated.

I purchased 2 iag steps for my lifted badlands as well. They rusted in no time last winter. I live in alaska, but still...
I did send an email to them. Don't know what they'll say. Powder coat is specifically exempt from their warranty

I really hope they work out. I went through three sets of these steps. Most should know that IAG has gone through multiple iterations of the EZ-Steps V2 design. The first was a welded plate, then a slightly altered welded plate, then a riveted plate, which concerned me due to the increased number of hardware on the step, which was always a weak point. The had trouble with the weld seams, though, which is why they changed design again. Really, IAG just needs to focus on the finishing and powder coating, in my opinion.

I received a reply from iag this morning. They have been using a third party powder coater and problems ensued. They now make a riveted aluminum plate to improve adhesion along with an improved process. They will be cross-shipping replacements to me so I won't be without them and sending a shipping label to return mine in their box no charge. It can't get better than that.

I went with the stirrups or single steps for my Badlands in January '22. I did what @Bruinsfan fan did. It is just me and my groom and we don't get in the backseat either (please, keep it clean!). So I only bought a pair. But, me and my groom are on the short side (we weren't until we got old). So, getting the top down, half-way down or back up was a challenge. So, when full length steps came out, I jumped on them. They help us reach the top a lot better now.

But, I didn't go with IAG. They were cheaper and price is normally my deciding factor. I went with Archtype Racing. My groom is happy that I did. He works a lot with metal, at home, doing fabs on his CJ7, and he worked in a hot rod shop for many years. And, worked for a striping, barrel and orange cone company and fabbed out the truck beds for stiping. He is really impressed with their product. It can be a wait to get anything, which was a downside on waiting for the stirrups. But, we are kind of use to the waiting thing.
