Do these D-Rings fit the capable bumper?

Amazon says they are compatible, but I wasn't entirely sure.

I have similar rings on my modular bumper. A quick look at the capable bumper seems to me that these are not compatible.

Unless I am mistaken, "Capable Bumper" D rings are Ford build and specific to the integral bumper assembly. Looks like you have an opportunity to save some money and just hit HD or Lowes and buy a good can of rattle that matches that color best for 7 to 10 bucks, then go to town either taping or removing bolts.
