Is it battery or switch powered? Did you switch the ignition on, or can you set that?

Are you checking voltage with a meter or did you hook up an accessory that isn’t working? Are your wire connections solid? Do you have continuity? Proper ground?

if you provide some more details we can likely provide a solution and figure this out very quickly for ya!

I had my mirror light connected to switch 1 and when I got my light bar to switch it to switch one and moved my mirror lights to switch two my switch two through 6 has no power. I ran a wire from the battery to mirror lights and worked fine. I check the fuse. I took of the 30 amp fuse for switch one and switch on to check power it gave me 12v the battery dc then checked all other switch after I switch them all on and no power ran to them.

This switch is only powered when the truck is on.

One other thought, does the actual switch 2-6 backlight illuminate with truck on and switches flipped?

Yes, my switches light up when truck on and switch flipped.

Is the load properly grounded?
Do you get voltage when you put a meter directly on the Aux wires 2-6 under to hood?

NO voltage and yes properly grounded worked fine with power from switch one.

Yes I checked on and flip the switch on and there no power coming from the fuse box under the hood.

Yes, they flip on to an orange color reflecting functioning properly.

Okay, so this suggests you have +12 to the switch. Have you tried voltage to ground on the fuse clips (with fuse removed)?

I’d turn all the switches ON, and then check each fuse (61-65) on both sides of the fuse clips to see if you have 12V there.

Just trying to isolate the problem… hopefully the wiring from switches to fuse block are there…

pull aux switch assembly and check the wiring there. I doubt they have a junction or terminal between the aux switch and the wires exposed as the wiring loom.

Tough to remotely diagnose but, I am thinking the wiring harness is not properly seated or the relay that is providing power may be the culprit.

Switched power the truck is on and switch is flipped no power the only way to get power is from the battery directly.

The fix box is not getting any power so it is probably underneath the fuse box

I think so also, and the relays are non-serviceable. I need to take it in.

That is exactly what I did and not power except switch one
