I recently received a set of FabFours tube rock sliders and upon unpacking it was noticed that there was some minor pitting and rust on the underside of the rails. I sent an email to FabFours alerting them of the issue and only to alert them (I'm in manufacturing and %$#^ happens). I was in the process of having the bottoms sandblasted and re-powder coated when I received an email from Kimberly (within a few hours of my email) in customer service, apologizing for the issue and offered to send me a check to cover the issue. This wasn't expected or required but shows that there are companies out who still believe in excellent customer service. I have used their products on several of my vehicles and will continue to do so.
2022 WildTrak Cactus Gray (Now SW900 Matte Charcoal Metallic), DV8 MTO Bumpers, Icon Stage 8 Billet Suspension, MF Overland Exhaust. Still on 35's.

Great to hear about a company that uses common sense (check to you instead of the usual return scenario) in their customer service interactions!!
