Just installed the LOD Off-road transmission skid plate. First impression are very good. It should be a must for any serious rock crawling in the V6 Bronco. It covers the two frame cross members than get hung up constantly when off road. Looks like this goes over the CATs too. If so would be worth getting for that alone with all the CAT thieves out there.

You are right. I didn’t even think of that. It will provide one more layer of protection from thieves.
