Routing coaxial cable 23 Outer banks

I have a magnet base antenna for my handheld cb as was wondering if anyone has a better way to just bury the cable without drilling and ripping the vehicle to pieces?
I don't mind just putting it through the window when I use it but the auto window sometimes crushes the cable.
Or is there a way to disable the auto window feature?

It appears you have a Bronco Sport? In the Bronco there is a large rubber plug in the firewall to route cables to the outside. That's where I ran the cable for my GMRS radio. Not sure if you have checked that if this is a sport. If it's a Bronco the plug is on the fire wall drivers side, can't miss it. It is easy to take out, punch the size hole you need run the cable through it and replace.
