2023 Ford Bronco Sport Heritage and Limited Walk-Around Video

In our last video walk-around of the recently announced Heritage editions, Matt covers the 2023 Bronco Sport Heritage and Heritage Limited.

“Heritage” Edition?

The idea of a heritage Sport has been controversial in the community, because the Bronco Sport is only in its 2nd year of production.

However –– and speaking solely for myself –– I think it’s cool Ford rolled these out, for two reasons:

  1. The Bronco Sport, while loved by many, has gotten overlooked by a lot. Ford claims the smaller SUV as a Bronco, and I like that it was given the tie of matching editions with the big Bronco. At Bronco Nation, we love Broncos, and we love Sports. And I like that Ford continues to show support for them as part of the same brand.
  2. The Sport has only received one special edition so far, the First Edition. Bronco has received several limited editions and upgrades, so I appreciate Ford giving Sport customers something special to look forward to as well.

And besides, heritage can be defined as characteristics received from predecessors. The Sport does have the original Bronco’s go-anywhere, Built Wild spirit, even if there’s not an early generation of this model to point back to.

The Look

Now, what is less defined? The success of these designs, since we’re talking mostly personal taste at this point. Just like any launch, some of you love the look of these Heritage editions, and others do not.

Watch the video to see Matt highlight elements of the styles: the Oxford White grille with Race Red FORD lettering, the Bronco Sport script and badging, the “plaid” seats, and more. And keep your eyes out for these on the road in the near future –– Bronco Sport Heritage and Heritage Limited editions are able to be ordered now.
