The Bronco Sport Badlands is already a fan favorite for those interested in a 4x4 SUV of its size. For their build, 4 Wheel Parts (4WP) took this peak off-road performer and intensified its durability.

For the wheels, 4WP used 17” Racelines with a beadlock look. A 1” spacer lift has been added to give the 245x70x17 tires more clearance. Since the suspension clearance remains standard, a thick aluminum skid plate protects the front end. Full-length slider bars guard the rockers.

On the back of the vehicle, a spare tire and swing-out carrier have been added. The carrier secures right into the hitch receiver. Future iterations may include a bike or ski rack and fold-down table.

Rigid lights were used on the front and sides: 4” rounds across the AWP light bar, and square cubes on the side.

Another star of the show is the Smittybilt rooftop tent. The awning spreads 10’ and bolts to the factory rack. A mesh room can be hooked to it, giving you a haven from bugs. The tent comes in standard and XL, and you can have it bolted on in about an hour. A ladder, rainfly, bug screen, mattress pad come with it, and interior LED lights plug into your phone. A sealed annex can be zipped onto the ladder side. 4WP showcased the standard, which fits two people, on this build.

Inside the cargo space, 4WP has added lots of custom goodies like the fridge base and rack. If well-received, these will be made available for purchase. The rest of the accessories, such as the shovel, recovery bag, and the Smittybilt comp-air tank are in stock.

One interior detail was also shown, the location of the Pro Comp switch panel placed in the back of the center console near the dash. 4WP wanted to keep the clean lines and look of the Bronco Sport.
