Hi guys,
I'm in need of some serious help. I'm attempting to change out the steering column in my 96 Ford Bronco XLT.(was told by a mechanic that it went bad and was causing problems) I've watched a ton of videos on how to do this, but I'm stuck on a piece near the rear of the steering column. I'm not sure what it's called, or how to get it off. The piece I can't get off is on the left side of the picture. It's a skinny black and silver piece and is connected to the car and the frame of the steering column.
