I have been searching and searching for a few days now with no luck. I have also tried to pop the covers off myself but can’t get them. Has anyone removed the covers where you can mount tow hooks/nudge bar that can explain how to do it ? Was hoping to remove them myself but not sure how to really do it.

I've done this several times now that I have installed the HD Modular bumper. This video covers removing the plastic covers.

I wish mine was that easy but I have a sport. I’ve tried everything but no success sadly ☹️ thank you for trying to help though!

Without any pictures of what you're trying to do I don't have a clue as I own a Bronco, not a Sport.

But does this thread help you any? It's the only one I could find for Bronco Sport and it shows hooks being mounted from underneath.

I've seen pics where they have tow hooks in the lower valence. Most of these plastic parts just snap in. Sometimes using a trim removal tool will work on them. Worth a shot anyways.

Where these hooks are mounted I can not get the plastic covers off. I’ve tried multiple times and even used a mirror and flashlight to see what I’m working against. I don’t want to break any plastic either because one piece of broken is $180.

Check out this one post. The person who did it said that the plastic needed to be cut out with a dremel.

You might want to dig around more on that forum, or that could be the thread. But I don't think there is a structurally strong enough area on non-Badlands Bronco Sports to add in additional tow hooks. That, or there's something missing to make sure they are safe to use to tow. You'd have to take the bumper off and possible weld in the mounts for them.
