Ford's "From America. For America." Plan: Is Now the Time to Buy a New Bronco or Bronco Sport?

Ford just rolled out a deal that might just get Bronco and Bronco Sport enthusiasts attention. As part of its new "From America. For America." plan, Ford is offering employee pricing on select 2024 and 2025 models, including the Bronco and even the new Bronco Sport Sasquatch. This deal runs from April 3 to June 2, 2025, giving off-road enthusiasts a unique opportunity to purchase at a price normally reserved for Ford employees.

What Employee Pricing Means for You

Employee pricing is A Plan pricing, you’ll pay below dealer invoice, just like Ford employees do. This equates to below invoice pricing, it removes dealer markups and provides an upfront, transparent price. A program fee (usually around $275) may be added, but overall, this is one of the better ways to get a deal straight from the manufacturer. Just be aware that many rebates that were active in March have disappeared so depending on your local Ford dealership, you may not see a huge discount but if the Bronco you’ve been eyeing is at MSRP, now is a good time to recheck the price.

And the best part? This pricing applies whether you choose to buy or lease your Bronco, giving you some flexibility based on your budget and long-term plans.

Why This Matters for Bronco Enthusiasts

With the recent tariffs over imported vehicles and parts raising concerns over customer costs, this program could be a welcome relief for those who were fretting about the pricing, especially with the Bronco Sport. Since the Bronco is built in America and Ford is reporting a robust 74-days overall gross supply, the decision to offer employee pricing is especially timely for wishful Bronco and Bronco Sport owners.

Rob Kaffl, Ford's director of U.S. sales, reinforced this, stating:

"We’ve got a very healthy stock. We’re in a very competitive position in our stock. And the auto sector, and overall public, has seen a lot of uncertainty in the market right now, especially in the automotive space. So, we feel by providing this message in 'From America, For America,' we’re providing some security."

Important Caveats: What’s Included and What’s Not

Before you head off to your dealership, there are a few things to note. While this deal includes the Bronco and Bronco Sport, it does not apply to:

  • Specialty Broncos, likely including the limited Stroppe Edition Bronco
  • The Bronco Raptor (all Raptors are excluded from this deal)

If you were hoping to get one of these at employee pricing, you’re out of luck, but don’t give up too soon on the Bronco Raptor. There are many rumors are out there regarding upcoming discounts for the 2025 Raptor and since there are still many 2024s still on the dealership lots, you might still be able to work out a stellar deal on your own.

Dealer Participation and Additional Savings

While this deal seems to be widely available, not all Ford dealers may choose to participate. It’s a good idea to check with your local dealership to confirm eligibility. A visit to the Ford website is still a little cryptic and has changed even since I started writing this article, but since the deal was just launched today, April 3, expect pricing or more information to be updated soon. If you’re ready to find a vehicle now, the site will let you submit an inquiry based on your zip code, allowing a local dealership to reach out to you with more information.

Additionally, just like with Ford employees, the A Plan pricing still qualifies you for any additional rebates or incentives.

Final Thoughts: Time to Gear Up

I did reach out to Tim Bartz at Long McArthur Ford, who has done further research on the bottom line on this offering. In his opinion, the Bronco and Bronco Sport are an overall win and a good discount with employee pricing. Some of the larger discounts disappeared on April 1, so that may not be true for all vehicles.

If you’ve been eyeing a new Bronco or Bronco Sport, this could be the best opportunity of the year to pull the trigger. With employee pricing, potential additional incentives, and the ability to buy or lease, now might just be the time.
