Several weeks ago, we covered the WBDO malfunction that inadvertently removed the Sasquatch package from customer orders. Ford has confirmed auxiliary switches were affected as well.

The Backstory

WBDO (web-based dealer ordering) is the system dealers use to input orders. From September 8-18, the system was closed so Ford could complete model year order conversions from 22MY to 23MY.

On Thursday, September 21, WBDO re-opened and Build & Price updated. Existing order holders could begin working with their dealers to confirm or update their order. Customers reported missing Sasquatch packages, and now we know auxiliary switches also have disappeared from orders.

Auxiliary Switch Add-On

Auxiliary switches are standard on Black Diamond, Badlands, Wildtrak, Everglades, Heritage Limited, and Bronco Raptor, and an option on Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks, and Heritage. First Edition got them as standard, as well.

If you added them on to your order, this is just another reminder to double-check your WBDO printout and DORA, especially if you have already worked with your dealer to convert your 22MY order to 23MY. Ford has alerted the dealers about the Sasquatch package and auxiliary switch issue, and the Bronco team has compared builds from 22MY to 23MY to understand affected orders. However, take the driver’s seat on these issues as well; it’s better to be 100% certain.

Talk to your dealer first, and if you need to contact the Bronco Support Team, you can call 800-334-4375 or reach them by chat.

2023 Scheduling

Reminder: Production scheduling for 2023 has begun. Those of you who have already confirmed or updated your 23MY orders and are eligible for scheduling may want to act quickly with confirmations and changes.
