While much of the attention of the Ford Bronco concept build reveals at Moab have naturally been focused on the Bronco, the Bronco Sport also received some attention –– specifically from the folks at 4 Wheel Parts (4WP).

Starting with a Badlands edition, the 4WP team added several key items to increase the 2021 Bronco’s off-road adventure capability.

The Sport’s suspension doesn’t allow for a lot of modifications, so the team kept it simple with a 1” spacer lift at each corner to give some needed clearance for the aftermarket wheels and tires.

To give it a little more of a chance in the rocks, they added a skid plate up front as well as side steps along the length of the body for additional rocker panel protection.

Since a lot of Sport owners will be using their vehicles for backcountry camping, 4WP added a sturdy roof rack and topped it with an Overlander Hard Shell rooftop tent. A Smittybuilt GEN2 6’ Awning Mesh Room adds some comfort and protection once camp was set up. Off-road pod lighting is easily added to the roof rack.

And out back, they added a swing-away tire carrier for easy access to the spare tire.

A simple build that will yield great dividends in convenience and function for the new Bronco Sport owner!
