I picked up a new 2024 Black Diamond 2 door in Oxford White and got a smoking deal.
So my daughter needs a new vehicle and after various options, I decided to to just add another Bronco to the stable. I’ll be installing a few mods before I send it to her in Miami.
This is my 4th Bronco and first 2 door (21 Badlands that was traded for 23 Heritage Limited & 23 Raptor) and I really like it.
The 2 door is super fun & nimble and the 2.3L is surprisingly agile too. Access to the rear seats is a bit wonky and I was surprised that there are just 2 of them back there. This is my first 2 door vehicle with real rear seats so I had no expectations of how to get back there but thankfully she and her friends are young and properly flexible. There are lots of similarities to the 4 door but a few unique features like the rear headrests are different since they fold backwards instead of forward like the 4 door.
I’d love to take it wheeling in order to appreciate the shorter wheel base and to check it’s capabilities with just 33” tires but feel a little guilty since this will be her pavement princess.
I am surprised that I like it as much as I do and I think I am gonna miss it when it’s gone. Perhaps there’s a Stroppe in my future…
