Yeah, my "broncosaurus" has been built since 7/1. Haven't heard a thing since due to the shutdown. Was supposed to be delivered by the 27th. All of the ones that have been built since the last week of May have just been sitting at MAP, none of us know why.

Finally broke down and scheduled the off-roadeo in NH. Has anyone been there? Any suggestions on places to stay, eat, etc?

Finally broke down and scheduled the off-roadeo in NH. Has anyone been there? Any suggestions on places to stay, eat, etc?

Got back earlier this month. Stayed at the sponsor resort, Steele. Nice room, little pricey for my wallet. Depends on how long you plan to stay, a few mom and pop joints in the area to eat. The resort is ~ 1/2 hour from the event. Restaurant at the resort is a little pricey as well, but really good food. CLOSED WEDNESDAY!!! I found out to my chagrin after after a long drive on Wednesday...

I saw some reviews from other people that Steele wasn't great. Flying in to Manchester and will rent a car. Only staying a couple of days.

Wow, what a crazy weekend. High-tailed it to Kansas Friday night to get my Bronco's first dirt. Met up with a certain @14U on Saturday to take possession of the traveling lamp and then got dusty in 100 degree temps. On Sunday we learned my father-in-law is in the hospital with a terrible e-Coli infection. You can't shrug that off when you're diabetic and 79 years old. The infection is causing his body to not absorb insulin and his blood sugar won't come down off 400. That's right, 400!

I'm going to be out of pocket the next couple of days. @Laura I sent over the details of the traveling lamp in PM. Can you take a look? I figured you were having too much fun at the ladies off-roadeo and might have missed it. If it's kosher with you I can get the program out to everyone interested and we can get the lamp to its next destination!
