Site Issues?

The past week or so this site hasn't been able to load all the page resources. Most avatars are missing, along with different site images here and there. Is this being looked at?

Yep I am getting that too, and the last week or so I was not able to login on my phone, i just assumed it was from the last IOS update that my phone can no longer update. Iphone 7 for the win.

How do you fleece a sheep? Update a phone, call it the iPhone16UltraSuperProMax, and charge $1200 for it.

Not new , but has always been aggravating since day one. When I check the notification bell and click on an alert that someone has replied to one of my post, it always takes me to the top of the page or even the beginning of the entire thread. If I click on "Show all" and click from there it will take me directly to the reply but usually only after I have tried twice. Different computers, different browsers and same on my cell phone. Anyone else have that issue ?

Yep. It never takes me to the correct post or even the correct page.

Here is a screen shot of my console using Chrome. Most of the avatars are coming up 503 errors. And the console is reporting a database error. This is the same on Safari, for both MacOS and iOS. I have no browser extensions installed and I am updated to the latest software versions.

Thanks all, I appreciate the screenshots and devices/browsers -- I've experienced none of these so I didn't know how frustrating using the forums/site could be right now. Platform Support has begun digging in.

Also, when I first noticed this last week or so, I was able to replace my pfp when it disappeared perfectly fine. Not sure if anyone else has done that yet but like I said it worked on my end fine and haven’t had problems since with that! Site is still glitchy here and there as others mentioned but I’m glad you guys are working on it! 🤠

I’m wondering the same thing, I’ve noticed most members lost theirs, but oddly enough some haven’t, pretty weird!

The plot thickens! Looking at user profiles, It looks like I can only see the avatars that were created after March 2024. Anyone with a profile earlier than that has no avatar. When I look at my post history, the oldest post I can find is also from March 2024. Did someone delete old content?

EDIT for clarification: My posts prior to March 2024 are still there, but they don't appear in my personal post history from within my profile.

I hadn't noticed that until reading your post. My eyes are circa 1962 though, so I really wish the Avatars were bigger so that I could see what everyone's are.

Just fixed my avatar also.
