No Rack option on Soft Top

Main reason I won’t consider Soft Top is I need a rack for my Longboard Surfboard. I’m sure others need a rack for other reasons.
Ford ought to have put thought into this lapse by now with these escalating delays.

You might take a look at the 4WP video below. Although the rack for a soft top might not be ready now, it appears to be a future potential accessory. One of our Bronco Nation members is now working closely with 4WP and he may be able to help us understand if and when the rack seen in this video will be available. I’ve seen it, but it’s not ready so doesn’t solve any problems yet. Great for sharing with others though who haven’t seen it.

Into add to your dilemma, because I was wondering the same thing, is that when you put a roof rack don't you basically eliminate the ability to use the soft top? I mean Ford's soft top folds up and back, so you would not be able to open it if there was a rack on it.

Gobi Racks has a quick disconnect at the front, so it tilts up and away so that you can raise/lower the soft top.

Hi, have you ever found a good solution for the soft top roof rack situation?

Exposed Racks seems like a good option to carry gear/ boards with the top down as the crossbars attach to the body of the vehicle and you close the top over when not in use. Also same set of bars can be reattached to the hard tops factory rails.

Used to run a rack on my previous jeep LJ with a soft top. It attached to the rear bumper and the front a pillars and ran outside the soft top edges. Had 3 cross bars that were easily removable with quick connect screw knobs. They could easily be removed to lower the top all the way down. Why oh why doesn't someone offer something similar for the bronco. Take my money PLEASE!!!
