Might want to see if there is an option to delete when ordering. It's probably done after production anyway so it's one less step it has to go through.

My dealership said in 2021 that it could be "UN-ORDERED". I don't know about the 2022 conversion, Ford is being weird.

Have not seen anywhere where that may be an options BUT I will definitely ask my salesman when I go in to update my order this week. Hell, maybe I can get them to take it off for me since Ford announced the allocation of funds towards customer satisfaction...

Ya, when I built the 2021, the hood and side decal where a package I thought so you could simply not get it added on. But why it comes with it automatically is beyond me. Ford being weird is an understatement, ha!

Don't order the Wildtrak. These seemingly minor things like the wildtrak hood graphic, the sandstone interior, black painted grille, painted beauty rings, formerly painted door handles and mirror caps are what separates the wildtrak from other trims/models.
A SAS equipped bronco is a SAS equipped bronco.....I would honestly prefer sanded bare metal beauty rings... these get trashed if actually used off road. Can't just polish or wire wheel chipped paint..... Changing them is an easy fix; the hood graphic which I actually like, may not be an easy fix. For me it seems to add a little something, but not over the top like most of the overly branded aftermarket stuff. It should be fairly easy to remove with a heat gun.

Each time, I have ordered the bronco specialist mentions the hood graphic as if it is a line item and possibly can be deleted in their system., doesn't show on my dora. The side graphics are definitely optional. I've never seen hood graphics as an option on the wildtrak.

The dark hood decal makes it look like an induction stove top. They should have put real hood louvers or a louver decal design.

The Wildtrak graphic actually says "Wildtrak" and has the tree motif. It sounds like what you want is the body appearance kit... which you can get with the Outer Banks. I don't care for this, personally, as I don't want any more black plastic than necessary.

I agree , plastic on the metal hood looks like crap!

If so it isn't bad. I kinda like the looks of hood blackouts. And they help with glare too.

It is, and yes, it is not that bad if that is the look I was going for however, I want to put the retro stripe on my Bronco. That decal just doesn't work for me.

I like them, too, and that's what I thought (about glare - esp. with some colors). I initially really liked the side graphics, too, but I just couldn't justify $600 for them over some other options. Plus I was worried that the thinner part on the driver's door might end up peeling off and looking janky in the long term.

You can probably get the hood decal off with a heat gun and a little TLC.

I have a question to the WT owners: Does the hood decal provide any kind of anti-glare effect while driving on a sunny day? OP may think it looks ugly but is there a benefit that might be overlooked? There's a reason our Italian friends across the pond love a flat-black-painted hood

I’m actually going to look for a wildtrack hood decal or something similar to block the glare on my badlands. That was my complaint with the 4Runner hood scoop, always put the sun straight in my eyes
