If I'm not mistaken, the 1804 the red arrow is pointing to is the number of vehicles MAP is building on 12/2. This bronco is vehicle number 863 to be built on12/2.

Am I wrong that is total (all models) for MAP on 12/2 or is that specific to the Bronco only? ROughly 9,000 Broncos a week (5-day week) or 10,000+(6-day week) would be very nice to see!!

i'm thinking it's rangers and broncos because they are built on the same line.

Don't get too excited. Taking info I heard on B6G, many people said that number was per schedule. The biggest question was, how many days in that schedule?

Back in October when mine was built, that number was 3291. No way they were producing that many in a day. Some people said it covers anywhere from 3-5 days. People who were same week, had same # as me, and they were all build dates between Monday & Thursday of that week. Oddly enough, Friday window stickers had lower numbers like in the 1800's.

I know they were building close to 600 broncos per day back in August before they were running 2 full 12hr shifts

Yep. And then in September Ford announced that they were shifting build percentages to be more Rangers than Broncos per day/week.

Now I don't know if they switched back, or where they are now. I don't mean to be bringing people down, but at the same time wouldn't want you all to get your hopes up too much. I've been there, done that. Luckily I have my Bronco now so don't need to go there again. Good luck all.

Mine is scheduled to be built the week of 12/20, so the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter.

@EvlNvrDys and @SlashRacer They've never built more than 8,243 Broncos in a month, so on average, they built 375 Broncos per day at the height of production (8,200 / 22), in August. Production dropped to less than half of that the following month, in September.

They've built 33,207 for the year, in ten months. That's 3,320 per month, or about a 150 day; although production ramped up in June and July with a maximum of 8,243 in August.

Funny thing is, it's gets worse during your build week. Checking 1 link to see if the actual blend date was true. Checking the next link to see IF your modules have turned on yet. Then back to the other link to see when Shipped Date populates, following by that same link to see Final Delivered Date (the date your dealer has it). I was a freakin nutcase for a good one to three weeks there!

I can live with that math. Especially since the numbers everyone is seeing on their window stickers is a combined Ranger/Bronco build for that week/schedule.

I didn’t say they were building that many broncos per day. I said 1804 vehicles. Even then……that seems like a lot of vehicles in a day. Doesn’t seem right.

1804 * 22 days is 40k vehicles a month. They haven't produced that many Broncos all year. They *might* build 1,804 Broncos in a week, which would be about 8,000+ for the month. That'd be their best month so far.
