What offset do I need?

I bought a ‘22 Outer Banks with the plan of adding my 35x12.5 18’s Ive already ordered. With a lift or level ( 1-2”) what wheel offset should I get, to give me some poke, with only mod being removing crash bars? I won’t be doing major off-roading or rock crawling. This is basically just for the look but also want it to be functional if I do hit rougher country. For ref, I’m planning on buying 18x9 Fuel Beast wheels
