“Dear Bronco Owner” – Some Early Reservation Holders Receive Package from Ford

Recently, some Bronco early reservation holders got a surprise mailed to them while they wait to take delivery of their vehicles.

Chris Paukert and Jared Childress (@RogueSqdn) both reported receiving a nicely executed limited-edition poster of sketches and a note from the Bronco team.

The logo-adorned letter reads:

Dear Bronco Owner,

Fact is, the further off road you get, the less talk you’re likely to hear.

In that spirit, we’ll keep this short and sweet.

Thank you, for knowing that despite the wait, there are trails ahead for all of us.

Thank you, for being a member of the Bronco family.

And thank you, for your loyalty to Bronco and the wild that awaits.

Included here is a Limited-Edition poster that offers a glimpse into the work that guided the design team, from early concepts to final design sketches.

There’s an untamed beast on its way, and we’re looking forward to making the introductions.

The Entire Bronco Team

Both men have had their VIN assigned and a build week scheduled. For those of you wondering where they fell in reservations, Jared reports his 4-door Lighting Blue First Edition reservation down to the minute: July 13 at 10:02 EDT.

These aren’t the first gifts Ford has sent to customers unprompted. Earlier this month, Bronco Nation member Patrick Bain (@Bain569) received an appreciation present welcoming him to the family: a set of three model Broncos.

Forum members roundly congratulated him on his good fortune, and not so subtly expressed their own desire for a similar token, displaying again how much people love this brand family and are taking pride in being a part of this sixth generation of Broncos.

It’s no secret that the launch has been difficult. Customers are eager to take possession of their orders and communication about them. However, these small gestures from the Bronco Team at Ford go a long way with recipients –– and leave them with a cool piece of memorabilia we’ll see in collections for years to come.

Check out the welcome gift details in the forums and add what you think about the poster.
