CSI / New vehicle satisfaction survey

I took delivery in October of my 21-BD 2 door. I have yet to receive a CSI from Ford. I have purchased new vehicles for years and every manufacturer has sent a survey asking all about my experience and overall satisfaction with the vehicle. Has anyone else that took delivery received the CSI from Ford ? Also wondering if this is common practice for Ford to skip this survey ?

I don’t recall receiving a survey but I typically don’t fill them out anyway (unless the experience was awesome or super bad)

- 2023 Raptor / Shadow Black / MGV (DOB 8/30/23)
- 2023 Heritage Limited Edition / Robin’s Egg Blue / 4dr / (stolen from my dealer 11/15/23)

My last three cars are Ford products. I don’t think I got one. Actually thinking back, waaaay back, I haven’t gotten any from VW, Jeep, Toyota, GMC, Chevrolet, Dodge or Nissan
