I’ve got an order in on a 2-door with all the limited stuff. Early 7/13 res and early order. Since this build is going to be a MY22, is it possible to switch dealers and keep my reservation time stamp?

Time stamp means very little at this point if you are holding out for exactly what you want. If you are unhappy with your dealer switch now.
MY22 Badlands, Eruption Green, Sasquatch, 2.7, Lux. Res. Date 5/27/21, Ordered 10/15/21, On Ice Mountain…

But if I have to place a new order for a 22 (which is what my dealer is telling me)?

They can technically transfer it to a 22MY unless you chose to change things then you also lose your price protection
