Stalled "in Production"?

Yep built on 6/30 and hasn’t moved since

Each status will likely be week(s) long. You will be scheduled, it should update in a week or so to in production and sit there until the next phase of the overall manufacture of the vehicle. Different vehicle, but I was scheduled within say a week. Production didn't take a week, but I was "in production" until it was in post production inspection so it looked like production took longer than it did. Each phase of manufacture has to be scheduled, so each phase will take longer than it might look. One vehicle doesn't go from a pile of parts to the dealership in the actual amount of time it takes, but just like you or me, our days are filled with moments of non-productive time/work.

Anyway, expect each phase to take one or two weeks and total manufacture to dealership to take approximately 12 weeks total. You're on the left coast, so expect at least 12 weeks, maybe 16.

BTW, I'm just trying to be positive. The truth is it takes eight months from reservation to order and another eight months or more from order to delivery. YMMV

Today marks week #3 'in production' for my BB build. Went into production 7/16

Could be additional QC checks holding it back, but who knows!

Just throwing this out there.... I remember seeing a post a long while back about how if the Bronco is shipping by rail the status isn't updated until it actually has a spot on the train. So maybe it's built but waiting for a ride...... maybe?

Built 7/21 and in limbo ever since...

... still "in production " since 7/15 build.
No "built" e mail.

Mine is showing built since 7/1. Other than a few hour window last week were it showed "Traced unit", nothing has changed

Built 7/21 and in limbo ever since...

I was 7/20, same thing here.

3 weeks today since the “in production email” build date was 7/23. Been in production purgatory ever since, my dealer doesn’t have any additional info either! This launch has been difficult enough for Ford and their order holders, the lack of communication certainly adds to the frustration!

6 weeks later…….

Built and confirmed as built on 7/14. Tracker has been stuck In Production since. I check about 5 times a day and for two days last week it was showing a Delivery estimate of 8/10. That date has disappeared with no further communication. Spoke with the dealership and they did say it was built and no further updates. Ford is no longer providing any additional information over the phone. They have told me the same thing 3 weeks in a row, to call my dealer for updates.

I'm wondering if all these people that have things "stuck" in production, have you tried to reboot your system to see if that helps?

I guess several hundred out of 100k is a drop in the busket. Oh wait, everyone not in limbo are still in limbo, just a pre-production limbo.

Hard Reboot, soft reboot, endlessly refreshed and different browsers. Been grabbing for straws!

Probably has a QC issue (infer bad top) that is holding it up...

Be thankful you have one, sitting somewhere :) You're ahead of 95% of us lol.
