Heyy Guys,

I ordered my Bronco big bend soft top in color Area 51 last week. I loveeeeee everything of what I ordered but I think I might have gotten too excited. I ordered the soft top not really thinking about the snow . I live in Maryland and some winters it does snow . So I was wondering was it a mistake on my part ordering a soft top while living on the east cost where it snows or will I be ok with the soft top?

You will be fine as far as snow is concerned. They test for that when designing the factory soft top. Only thing is the soft top my not insulate as well as hard top but luckily the heat works well so even that won't be an issue. Just make sure to brush off the snow from the top (even with hard top) so the weight won't get too heavy.

Yea, no issues with the snow load, but living in CO here and with our weather I definitely stayed with the MIC as soft tops offer little to really no insulation. I'll just have to wait

I think it was Bestop that did an interior temp video. There was little to no difference in the internal temp of the passenger compartment of the vehicle.

You can see right through them. Any other questions?

Not from a few posts on here, not the best clarity they have said.

I’ve been driving around in the snow for the last week with my Bronco soft top. No concern with heat but the back window does get dirty quickly and obviously there’s no sprayer/wiper to clean it. Getting used to relying on the side mirrors more.

I’ve never had a vehicle with LED lights and didn’t think about this. There was always enough heat from the bulbs to keep them clean in the winter.

I've seen this comment a few times on here now. WOnder what there is to fix this issue that looks like in CO could be a big problem

Is everyone with a new car having this issue, or is it really an issue?

I'm on my third car with LED headlights and it hasn't been a problem that I've had. I always clean off the headlights when I clean the snow and ice off the car.
