I am installing the rear cargo drawer and it leaves a rather unsightly gap. I am wondering if anyone has dealt with it to cover/hide it and what you did. Looking for ideas

I am thinking that you could cut a small plate out of plastic or metal (painted) with holes to accommodate both the bolt that mounts the drawer and one in front for a bolt to hold the plate in place. You could use a button head cap screw style that wouldn't have any rough edges (it is domed like a carriage bolt with an Allen Key hex in the middle of it).ButtonHeadCapScrew.png Here is a good link to all sorts of screws and other hardware: McMaster screws

They had the same issue on the demo unit at the Austin OffRoadeo

With the drawer installed how do you get to the storage area under the floor? It looks like you removed the floor hooks and this attaches in those screw holes?

If I remember correctly you have to remove the drawer which then give access to jack storage area.

If you kept the piece of "dunnage" plat that came with it, you could cut small pices and drill a hole and bolt it down to cover that. Im going to try that today.

That's correct there, its designed to still give drawer access

I am working up a 3D model of the cargo hook cover that was there before and then I’ll 3D print black plastic covers that have a slot in them to cover the painted area and fit snugly around the screw. Just working on it in my free time so it may be a month before I finish it, but will gladly share the file when I’m done and could print extras for people if they want them.

Cut some 1/4”MDF to fit and covered with a little of the outdoor carpet from the back of the drawer.
