Metal Grab Handles with Hardtop

Ok, first post here. Question. Anyone find a metal grab bar that has a slight drop to it? Seems like most of the ones I found go straight out which looks really great in all the pics and vids with the top off, but wrapping my fat fingers around them when the top is on looks like a problem. Thanks for any advice!

All of the ones I've found are like that, minus the soft paracord options. If someone engineered a solid aluminum grab handle that dropped a bit, people would buy them for sure.

Got the aluminum ones but did find out you can't get your hands around them with the tops in. Returned them and got the nylon ones that hang down and are easy to grab.

I got to drive a friend's WT hardtop so that he could drive his '68 to a Bronco meetup (poor guy, had to help him with his 1st world problems lol).
He had those too. I didn't like them. I have the Bartack paracords and love them!

Air bags. Probably can't make them drop due to possible deployment, why paracord is the choice if you want usable ones, they'll swing up out of the way...

There are one's on amazon I believe, but it's a good way to get impaled in an accident when the airbags deploy

That's my fear as well. I don't want metal stuff by my head, I know they were designed ermagerd, but I will stick with paracord. Just the idea that on a good bounce I get metal jabbing my brain pain...
