My Reservations, Orders and Purchases

Tried finding out this before posting, but couldn't locate it.
In the ford account page there's a tab for reservation, orders and purchases . Mine says I don't have any. Thing is, I just picked up a bronco sport and have an order for a bronco WildTrak. Both were done a couple of weeks ago. Not sure how long it takes to update this section. My sport is in the ford pass app, everything is working there as far as I can tell (it did take a few calls to get it added though)
Sorry if this has been posted a few times.

I experienced a similar issue and after research including a call to Ford Customer Service I discovered that my Badlands order (as a walk in customer at a dealer without a reservation) will not show up in my Ford Pass app until I have a VIN number and add it. I was also told if you ordered through the app and then went to the dealer it might possibly show up, but it definitely would not with a in person dealer order.

I am interested to see if anyone has a different answer, but I have tried everything I could think to do without success.

That was kind of what I was thinking, just thought it would have the one I actually have there. Time to see how patient I am.....

I ordered last year, and outside of confirmation email from Ford I have gotten no further communication. I was hoping for at least an off-roadeo email just to confirm they still have my email address since I am likely still way out for a build date.

At least when I placed my order I knew that anything under a year for delivery would be quick and set my expectations accordingly. I am now hoping for 2023 due to the unavoidable MIC constraint of 2dr. I am fortunate because this is a want and not a need, so I can wait it out.
