A couple weeks ago I registered on the off-roadeo website. Shortly after registering I got an email stating that an order could not be found. I have an order confirmation email from ford
I would like to reserve a spot for moab this june.
How do I get this fixed?

How do I verify my order?

First, create or log in to your Off-Roadeo account. You will then be prompted through our registration process, where you can indicate that you have ordered a 2021 or newer Bronco, Bronco Sport Badlands, or Bronco Sport First Edition vehicle. In the vehicle verification section of your profile, complete the form with the same information (name, address, etc.) that you used to place your order with your Ford dealer.
Finally, click “Verify Your Vehicle.” If your information matches, your order will be instantly verified, and you can continue with the reservation process. If additional information is needed, or there is a discrepancy with your information, our Program Headquarters team will reach out to you directly to complete a manual verification. You can always contact Program Headquarters at (888) 260-5744 or email us at [email protected].

How long ago did you order your Bronco? If you ordered it and didn't have a previous reservation, it can take a few weeks before your order will be recognized.
2022 Bronco Badlands, 4D, Hot Pepper Red, 2.7, Squatch, Lux, and MIC.
7/13/2020 10:04pm reservation. Blend 6/16/2022 Delivered 6/26/2022.

I had the same problem, I gave them my order number dealer number and with a little research they did find my order.

Call with the number above. They asked me a few questions to verify it was me and they got me in the same day

I had similar issue. Call Ford support …answer question about order. Then wait. They can check and let you know. Worth it. I was nice and got $100 gift certificate

I had the same issue. Called Ford and then the Off Rodeo team at 888-260-5744. Fixed it immediately and got the $100 gift card from Ford.
