I have a 2022 Bronco Big Bend and the infotainment system locks up two to three times a week. I soft reboot the system and it works again but does anyone know of a fix?

try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes and then make sure all the post connections are tight. It may reset the module, if that doesn't work check to see if the dealer can reinstall the software.

What symptoms were you having when you say that it locked up? Like it froze? Was it always in the same place?
