There are 12 members confirmed from the Facebook group and 29 maybe’s. I think we have some crossover, but at least 4 more from B6G. I will try and figure out the email list l and send out an announcement there as well. As long as the weather holds out, we should have at least 20 club members there. Make sure to order your stickers, shirts and hats on time for the ride May 21st! https://www.gwizgraphix.com/shop/michigan-bronco-club-unisex-tee/

Hello - a Milwaukee Bronco friend here. Just now seeing the details on this May 21 event and anxious to get to the Dunes. Checking our calendar to see if we can make this happen, but likely cannot. Any plans to have another event at Silver Lake between Mem Day and Labor Day?

There is a Bronco takeover in August that is on this site (lots of members will be attending) https://thebronconation.com/event/bronco-takeover-7th-annual-silver-lake-mi/

There could and like would be members interested and willing to go almost any weekend all summer, I would guess. You can post here and PM me with any dates and we can connect you with MI Bronco Club https://michiganbroncos.club/ the Facebook group and or the MI Bronco Club at B6G https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/groups/michigan-bronco-club.17/?page=1.

Summer gets pretty busy at Silver Lake, so we will probably hold a few events at equally interesting locations, during the peak summer weeks, my preference being to start at Drummond Island https://michiganbroncos.club/site/location/drummond-island-orv-trails.

Come join us for some fun, wherever and whenever it’s good for you!

Just a quick update/reminder. We are on for Saturday May 21st. 10:30 AM in the parking lot.

What you have to have to ride the trails-

- Vehicle
- Conforming Safety Flag
- MI ORV stickers.

Suggested to have (in addition to must haves)-

- GMRS/FRS Radio tuned to channel 7
- Air Gauge (that reads down to 10PSI). I will likely start at 20PSI, but 15psi is very common and often considered a safe pressure to keep your bead seated on the rim.
- Recovery Strap
- Shovel

There should be a good group, so lots of compressors, kinetic ropes, traction boards etc. to get the "more stuck" vehicles out, so don't worry about building a big kit specifically for this event.

I know posts get buried in the clubs section here on BN sometimes, so here is a quick reminder/update for silver lake-
* DM me for my phone number and I will be on GMRS\FRS channel 7 once I get into Mears. I will have two basic FRS radios to loan out as well.

For anyone headed to Silver Lake tomorrow, I am heading to breakfast at The Golden Eatery about 8:45. Feel free to join.

We will then head over to the dunes parking lot to see if anyone needs help with flags, airing down, whatever. “Drivers Meeting” is at 10:30. It might be a mixed bag weather wise, but it should make for a bit easier time in the dunes. I can’t wait to see some Broncos in the wild again!
