Been using GAIA GPS to map out great adventures leading up to Bronco days. The goal in this adventure will be to drive to Baxter State Park in Maine and back to my Base Camp #1 in Waterville, Maine. The trip will total 340+ miles round trip. Camping will be arranged close to the entrance to Baxter. (See picture below.)
If you are like me, GAIA GPS is a new skill to learn. Spent time today arranging my map layers, downloading the maps to my iPad for when I am out of cell phone coverage, and exporting the KML file to Google Earth.
