I have a KC light bar on my 68 Bronco and I’ve been looking forward to getting one on my new Bronco. I reached out to KC to see if they are working on a kit, they didn’t say no, only that one wasn’t available.

The KC is advertised as a 50” bar, but the overall width can change by changing the curvature of the bar. I ordered one of the Rough County 50” kits to see if I could make the brackets work, they aren’t far off, but the curve is too much for my liking, and the brackets hold the bar too far off the windshield for my liking.

I have made myself a template, to solve some issues, I’m going to increase the width by 3/4” on each side and I’ll gusset the 90s to add some stiffness. Update forthcoming once I have the new brackets made up.

Me as well. It looks awsome. Is the bracket for them fitting in the spot for the roof rail bracket or did you drill a spot?

No drilling needed, they are attached at the factory accessory points. Here are a few more pics. The brackets I’m making are going to be an inch and a half wider than the Rough Country ones, and will pull the lights an inch and three quarters tighter to the windshield.

Nicely done, love the fact that they mount to the existing holes.

I was hoping that was the case. With the soft top, theres no roof rails so no basket to attach them to

Not sure if you all are aware, but the 50 inch KC gravity pro 6 light bar will fit on the new Bronco. I took mine off my Jeep and was wiring for KC to put out a bracket. I just discovered that Bay Area Metal Fabricators BAMF makes and sells the bracket.
