I changed from a decked out outbanks to manual black diamond. Just didn’t couldn’t let that manual go. Started thinking this might be the last time I can get manual. But I’m happy with my decision. Also like the interior better. Was ok with downgrading trim bc I only got the outbanks bc of the 12” screen. Still want that damn screen though. I’m more than likely gonna be a 2022. So maybe I can get it then...

Yea, that screen after seeing it in the videos was an absolute for me after seeing it. Hell maybe the 22MY will be closer to a Tesla size LOL I'd buy another and pass this one to my son ASAP then LOL

I didn’t change anything.
Not a daily driver for me ,so the top and doors go into storage, they should be in mint condition 10 years from now.
Personally,I’m not bothered with the screen size. It’s just not my thing.

Well, 4/8 has come and if Ford sticks to their guns for first builds the changes close today.
What were any last-minute changes you made or are making today??

I went to full vehicle bash plates on my WT

Nothing. Cyber Orange OBX, 2.7L, roast/black leather, aux switches, towing, Lux.

We changed from Carbonized Gray to Cyber Orange. My wife liked the way it looked in the sun better.

We also went from 2.3 manual to 2.7 auto. After my wife experienced the “donut mode” she had to have it.

No changes for me.
Badlands, 2-door, Sasquatch, Lux, 2.7L, auto, roof rack, tow package, floor mats, Carb Gray.
Could not find a way to improve on perfection. ;)

Anyone know if it’s too late to change dealers? I just learned that the dealers out in the sticks are already getting VINs for even their customers with reservations several days after Day 1. As a Day 1 waiter, I’m thinking of switching to make sure I don’t get screwed in Ford’s allocation bs.

At this point in the game it would be like trying to pick the fastest checkout line at the supermarket . As soon as you switch the one you were in starts moving faster .

I've not heard of or seen anyone getting a Bronco VIN as Ford isn't doing production scheduling until May so if that stands true then there is NO VIN to be given out at all. If it is true I'd love to see who, where, and how so early then

Yeah there’s another thread too where the guy says he has a 7/15 reservation and received the VIN several days ago. Seems legit. Had to expect some level of BS from the dealership model, but this is just absolute BS for the people who had their stuff together on Day 1 and are nonetheless stuck behind “the right people.”

Oh it’s true. My dealer confirmed they had put in priority orders and I wasn’t one of them.

You’d be wrong on that one. Priority orders submitted by dealers are getting VINS. It has been confirmed by my dealer and many others on bronco6g.

Only change for me, was MIC Gray top from Black Mod. After hours of staring at lightning blue FE pics with gray top, I'm sure I'll like it. Flirted with going 2 Dr instead of 4 Dr. But remembered I use my 4 Dr. Rubicon as a mini pickup with seats folded down. Very content with my build, now I can just sit back and count the days.
