EGR Vacuum System Issues

Hey gang, I'm new to the forum. I inherited a gen4 1989 Eddie Bauer Sport Utility, 5.8L V8, and I am struggling to get it to pass the smog testing here in the great state of California. My mechanic says the EGR system is not working, doubling the allowable NOX levels. The specific EGR pieces I need are no longer in production.

Are there any southern Californians in here who have battled with SMOG? Does anyone have a line on these parts specifically:
EGR vacuum control selenoid and TAD selenoid?

I have found the vacuum control for the 5.0 but not the 5.8. I have already checked the regulars (AutoZone, carparts.com, and bronco graveyard).
