I had a blend date of 01/27/22 and still have not received my 2022 Bronco Big Bend. I am being told it is on a micro chip hold with a new delivery date of 07/17.

I was blessed once it was "In Production". Detail dates in signature.

So there is “normal” and there is the “new normal”. (I hate that term with a passion, but I’m going to roll with it for the sake of this post.)

”Normal” world… your Bronco will finish production within 48 hours of the blend date (usually less than 12 hours). If for some reason it doesn’t it means they found a quality-control issue, or your Bronco needs accessories installed that are not installed on the main assembly line.

In the “new normal” world, your Bronco is largely completed after the first 48 hours. Then you flip a coin. If you heads, great… it’s done. If you flip tails… and it isn’t fully completed for some reason, it gets to go to a waiting lot where it will sit until the necessary microchip arrives to fully complete your vehicle. Ford says they hope to get your chip within 90 days. In reality it takes anywhere from 1 - 6 months (give or take). Seems like @broncomomof3 was a lot closer to the 6 months than the 1 month.
