Many have complained on the 16" tires AS that are standard. Only option is $5,000 pachage. Give me a brake lets tell FIRD that even Sport gets 17" whells. No baby tires fir me. Ill over inflate to make base look like a big biy!

16" wheels give you more sidewall and are a better wheel for offroad. Hows that, you get better offroad wheels than the badlands. Find some 33x9.5 or 33x10.5 tires and wheel the piss out of it.

Hey hey hey, easy there Aces! I have had my mind made up since day one! Now you’re planting the seed of change in my head! Be careful, before you know I will be snagging that Rubi out from under you! Like sand through your fingers.1619619752506.jpeg

I would take 15" wheels if they offered them, with some 33 BFG all-terrain or maybe mud-terrain tires.

This is my dilemma, I seriously doubt I will be attempting the rubicon and I can see having the massive side wall will help especially when airing down but I have really been thinking about going with some 20” wheels and 33 or 35” tires, my brother has 20” wheel and 33” on his 4 runner TRD and I have 20” wheel -33” on my F250 it seems like there is plenty of meat left to do some fairly tough off roading. I was with my buddy at Hidden Falls and he has an f150 with 6” lift and 22”or 24” wheels and 33” tires and we had no problems on 3 diamonds and below.

What Aces said. More sidewall = better off road performance and comfort. Unfortunately it will also hurt your times on track day but I have yet to hear anyone claim they will be racing their Bronco on the asphalt (though there is always one!).

More sidewall is better off road. It provides a better ride, more sidewall flex, less cuts/punctures, better aired down footprint, more traction.

A taller wheel is for less sidewall flex, which means less "roll" at speed. It's the point of putting "low-pro" on a sports car, better high speed handling, not ride quality. Taller wheels aren't better for off road at all, and the difference between a 15" wheel and 20" wheel with the same diameter tire is night and day. This is one of those, if you don't know the difference, you don't know what you're missing. A 20" or 22" wheel with a 33" tire is just plain stupid off road. It's like wearing highwater pants to the prom. It's like wearing a dress at the snow park. It's like wearing a wet suit to the desert and a parka to the beach. It is the equivalent of painting everything the color moron.

Agreed. I’ll just stick with the original plan and slap some 17” AM wheels on there. Yeah I hate seeing these F250 rolling around here with 8” lift and 24” wheels with rubber bands stretch around them. Totally defeats the purpose of the lift. You can barley drive on pavement with out ruining your wheels.

You saw that. I thought about cropping it but it’s old and blurry I don’t even look like that.

There is no ability for actual event sign up. You should have gotten an email a couple of days ago from Bronco Off Rodeo. You will have to go back and register Again. Then you will get another email telling you to verify. Once that is done you receive another email telling you that you will receive yet another email in late spring. That is when you will pick a date and location.
I recommend you locate the thread started previously that covers all of this Information. I think it was started by @Laura. It also provides information of who to contact if you have issues logging in. The people were very helpful. But you have got to go to the other thread. That way we don’t have multiple, confusing threads on the same topic. The info you want is out there go look it up.

I wonder what is the largest size tire that will fit on a base w/o Sasquatch and no suspension mods? I believe Bronco Nation has a Badland built with 35's and no mod. Does the Bandland has the the same suspension height as a base?

Highly doubtful you'll get 35's on a base or any model without mods and take it off-roading without rub and turning issues.
