Heated Seats

I was looking at the build page and it looks like the BD comes with front row heated seats as a standard option. Is this true? I thought you had to go mid-package to get heated seats. Thanks!

So did I. I'll have to check that. If so it'll be a nice bonus! I'm planning on adding after delivery if it's not.

Heated seats is not listed on the standard package equipment group but IS listed on the details when you are looking at what the seat description says. Now I'm wondering which is correct. @David Or @Laura Could you find out?

Yeah thats what I meant.

I would say it is safe to assume with these seats are heated based upon the build guide and the dedicated single upholstery option.

Heated front seats are in the description for the Base as well...

I alluded to the error in Build and Price here -- I didn't want to do them too dirty on calling them out, but we were seeing rumors of what people were finding on B&P and hoping for. Ford is aware that Base (And I guess Black Diamond too) has this listed as standard, but heated seats don't enter the pic until Mid.

I would say yes unless you get the mid package no heated seats. I'm getting mine done after delivery so will be the first add-on for my Bronco

Not that I was real interested in the heated seats but where do you find those AM and is it a difficult process to install them?

Amazon sells the pads if you want to try doing it. I'm going to either have my dealer install or there is a shop here that does them and they have a good reputation. About $600 quoted from my dealer, and $400 quoted from the shop. Utube has some good how to videos on it if you want to see about doing it yourself

Yes me too! I checked recently and found some on Amazon 52.99 but I don't know how I feel about taking my seat apart to install the pads

The one I bought goes on top like a seat cover.I only need for a few weeks, if its above 20 degrees I don't need it.

For us we start getting freezing temps in September (at night) through May. I've been spoiled by my F150 so I do expect to use the heated seats at temps starting around 40 degrees just until the heater takes the chill off. I want mine hardwired in.

I saw LMC truck parts has kits in two different sizes. Probably under $300 for two seats, as I recall.
Luckily I have a family member that can show me the ropes of seat upholstery. He made a good living at it doing custom cars and boats.
