All packed up and ready to go in the morning. Off to Frederick Butte just south of Brothers, OR. Going to stay two nights somewhere out there. I'm going to do my first trip video log, so hopefully you all can see the action. Great to get back out there!

It was amazing how fast that storm rolled in. Was about 45 min from the main road, hadn't seen another person all day. Really thought I was going to get stuck on that BLM road. Whew!

I hear ya, brother. Can be a little unsettling. I hope you have (had) a reliable means of communication out there in the event of an emergency. I doubt you had cell service out there in the wild! Glad common sense prevailed. There will be ample opportunity to explore once the weather turns for the better. That said, I can appreciate the itch to get some wheeling time in. ;)
