BRONCO SCHEDULING / PRODUCTION UPDATE
April 15th marked an important milestone for Bronco: the first week of scheduling Bronco retail orders!! Customers will receive automated communications from Ford letting them know when their vehicle is ordered, scheduled, built, and shipped to the dealership.
Thursday scheduling will continue on a weekly basis with the following monthly cadence:
· First Week of The Cycle: First Edition orders
· Second Week of The Cycle: First attempt at full month of scheduling
· Subsequent Weeks: Clean up scheduling runs until the operating plan is full
As a reminder, we will send all order holders a communication in May notifying them of their estimated delivery timeframe based on their current build, production volume, and allocation.
99 Priority Code Cleanup
Please continue to amend orders with 99 Priority Code to only reflect those customers who want to wait for 2022MY.
First Edition Production Update: Black Onyx Interior For First Edition Now Available For Scheduling
The all Black Onyx interior which was previously announced as late availability has received early approval. As a result, customers with orders that were clean and available have begun to schedule for June production.
BRONCO SPORT MOONROOF AND BADLANDS SERIES ORDERING UPDATE
Following our communication on Friday, consumer retail demand on Bronco Sport was so strong that it was necessary to end ordering on April 13 vs April 15 as previously communicated. With overwhelming demand, we simply have filled capacity on these items for the rest of 21MY. We apologize for this change. Below are the options that are impacted:
· Badlands Series (400A)
· Big Bend Package (96P)
· Outer Banks Package (96T)
· Badlands Package (96X)
· 18” Optional Big Bend Wheel (64M)
BRONCO SPORT RESERVATIONS AUTO CANCELLED & REFUNDED
Beginning April 15th all unconverted Bronco Sport reservations will be cancelled and refunded.
· Customers with unconverted reservations were made aware of the automatic cancellation 2 weeks ago
· Affected customers can contact the CRC with any questions
BRONCO OFF-ROADEO DEALER PREVIEW REGISTRATION

Due to updates to accessories on the B&P site, the accessory section will be temporarily disabled effective the week of April 19th. Updates will include a refreshed accessory section with over 100 accessories visible on B&P. The team is working to get the system up and running again as soon as possible.

About 100 Ford Dealers To Invest In Dedicated Bronco Stores
· Even before the new Bronco goes on sale, some dealers are planning to turn the SUV and its offshoots into essentially a third brand for Ford Motor Co. by adding dedicated showrooms.
· It's an idea originated by dealers, not a top-down edict from the factory. At their request, Ford created renderings for standalone stores and agreed to reward those who open one by slightly increasing their Bronco allocations.
REMINDER: Optional Bronco Dealer Facility Elements & Bronco Specific Facility Program
Since announcing return of the Bronco, Dealers have asked about facility options to outfit their showrooms, including a dedicated showroom space or options to build a separate facility. To ensure consistency in execution, a Bronco branded facilities program has been designed which includes options for a showroom display and a design for a standalone Bronco facility.
All Ford Dealers eligible to sell Bronco and holding an active Ford Sales & Service Agreement are eligible to order Bronco showroom elements. Only Dealer Principals or those managers designated as having F(ii) managerial authority may order showroom element for their dealership.

2. Review options by viewing Bronco Facility Kit catalogue, click on “Showroom Kit Design”
