Since you already attended, you should automatically receive a refund of the $200 deposit within 2 to 3 weeks after taking delivery of the Bronco. If it doesn't show up or if you have any concerns about it, send an email to [email protected] or call the number in the FAQs ((888) 260-5744) and they'll take care of you.

So did I. It was great!!! Love NH in the fall.

I contacted them about my refund several weeks ago and still don't have it. Took delivery early October and that was also when I attended off roadeo. Wish this process was easier to get the deposit back.

I went to the Austin, TX site. I would love to take my Wife to Moab. She was unable to go.

Pro tip: Using the same email address and phone number for your Bronco Off-Roadeo profile as you used for the Bronco reservation/order will make the purchase and attendance verification process easier and possibly speed up the refund process.

We picked our Bronco on December 1st and the refund showed up this morning. I used the same email for Off-Roadeo and for my reservation, which allowed the reservation process to flow easier, with no hiccups.
Contact the OffRoadeo help line (phone 888.260.5744), if you have any issues. I needed to change my initial reservation and found those folks to be very helpful.

So, I went last October and my Bronco is in production now. If in all the waiting I *forgot* everything(), can I forego the refund and attend again? Please?!

I attended last year, my Bronco just showed up at the dealer on the 4th and got my refund yesterday.

I had to contact them to get the refund processed a month after the delivery of my Bronco. If I waited longer, maybe it would have automatically happened.

Mine showed up automatically. And even stranger I haven't had time to go even sign or pick mine up quite yet. It got to the dealer on the 4th and was credited on the 5th, and I'm picking it up on the 8th.

Just attended the Vegas Off-Rodeo last weekend 10/03, automatically received refund 10/05. Still haven't received my Bronco, shows built awaiting shipment

I attended almost an exactly a year BEFORE I received my Bronco. Refund showed up about the time I received a VIN# and a month before taking delivery.

I think that is an option for only Texas and I don’t think they will allow you to use the free admission twice. The second time is only a half day and is considerably more expensive
