In a release it stated all black painted optional $1895 hardtop came with a removable rear quarter panel window that the hardtop panel can stay on in rear, for some open air feeling. The first edition will for 2021 come with a Molded In Color grey $695 option on 4 doors.
Question is the MIC $695 option on 4 doors seams to say the rear quarter panel windows are some how attached to the last panel where the flip up window is attached to and has to be stored in a way to protect the tail gate flip up window. Q. Can the quarter panel windows be removed , and leave the hardtop two full size panel with the rear trailgate flip window still on the vehicle?

The MIC windows are not removable. The roof panels you put in the provided storage bags. The bags clip into the rear storage area. You should look at all of the videos posted here, on bronco6g and on YouTube. All of your questions are there for your discovery! Enjoy yourself as you go down the rabbit hole!

Im not sure your question, what do you mean? you have 2 front roof halves, the middle portion rooftop, then the full rear. There are NO windows to store anywhere, NO windows detach at all on a MIC

I think you may misunderstanding the roof setup. The rear section is like a shell. Its one piece and is removable. The windows in the side of the mic top are NOT removable from the "shell" section.

None of the windows are removable on the MIC hard top... Period. They stay mounted to the MIC hard top.

I think the confusion is with the black MOD top you can take the rear quarter windows off and leave the top on, but you cannot take the top off and leave the windows on. I’d you remove the rear section you have to take the windows as well. The MIC top does not have the removable windows so when you take the rear section off you are taking the rear quarter windows as well. It’s 4 sections the rear, one over the back seat, and two over the front seats(one on each side driver passenger)

There is a seam in the roof on the MIC roof and MODULAR roof in the rear portion. If you find a picture of the MOD roof with the windows removed you will see that the glass panel removes out from the roof structure but it has nothing to do with this seam. The glass removes around the edge of the glass and nothing more comes with it. The 2 notches you see in that seam on the 4 door (1 notch on the 2 door) are for the roof rack to attach too. The legs of the roof rack clamp into these notches.

Here is a picture of a Black modular roof with the window panel removed. You can see it's only the glass coming out and not the surrounding roof.

Great shot of that. I had figured out the roof rack set up that on that build. But man it is cool to see the windows removed! I really liked the prototype overland build with the grey panels. To bad the MIC doesn’t have the removable glass

What I think is a miss on the MOD roof is that the rear lift glass isn't removable. That would have gotten you down to just a small chunk of roof left without actually removing the roof.

Well as for rabbit holes when hunting for rabbits , the rabbit always return to them. Just have to wait, like for a new Bronco. Molded in Color (MIC) last panel has non removable quarter side window that are afixed to last panel that also has the flip up top tailgate window, which is also not removable.
The other optional paint modular hardtop has the side windows removable fir a $1800 option, right.
On statement said the rear MIC may really be one piece behind the two front driver and passenger top panel.
Therefore only three panels not four. The question is what video do you believe since several prototypes.
The best image is the one at your dealer in June, if you are the lucky one. Happy trails!

4Dr - 2 front halves, middle full panel, and full rear shell
2Dr - 2 front halves and full real shell

Many, many pictures and videos prove these specs for the roof
