Can I get adaptive cruise?

In September I ordered a Sport Badlands with the Badlands package and pilot 360 assist package to get adaptive cruise. Dealer, supposedly sent order in but my status on the Ford site has not changed. Also I can not get both the Badlands package and adaptive cruise now on the build page. Has that changed?
