I know it’s Rangoon red 66 Roadster. Not sure on the rest.

196 1 is for bench seat and 96 indicates roadster

And here's some crazy info. I've been keeping a list of 66' u13 vins as I find them for over a year now just to see how many are out there still. Just this morning I came across u13fl766037..................... what are the odds!!!!! I'm up to 417 as of now.
