Minimum lift kit for stock badlands to fit 35”s?

I know many people have done similar things, I have a 4 door badlands non Sasquatch and eventually want to swap out the 33” tires for 35”, but want to put the minimum lift on I need to have proper clearance when off-roading. A 2” lift seems like the best way to go, but wondering if anyone’s put a 1” level kit on and fit 35s?
